Personally, this song means that not to take things for granted. Don't only base a relationship on certain characteristics or money. You should enjoy what you have for both the good and bad. Not everything is perfect nor will it always go your way. Being spoiled or pampered doesn't reflect how well someone treats you. Having money isn't the only love, it isn't something that can just keep you happy. Eventually you will will want to share that wealth and fortune with someone you car for.
